This top is so easy to drape and while I had to draft the sleeve and the skirt (also easy) I loved the results so much I made it in a wine colored wool and matching neoprene skirt with a couple of adjustments of course. The skirt is a knit blend (the same I used for the Nina Ramel Jumpsuit sample) and as luck would have it was perfect for this ensemble.

A good wrap blouse and pencil skirt goes a very long way. I mean can you ever really go wrong with either of the two. Well actually NO!
