Hello loves happy Saturday! I'm just stopping in to let you know I recorded the Fitted Flounce Skirt Tutorial and it's up on the DIY/Tutorial page of my website.  For those of you interested in making the skirt I hope this helps and you have an opportunity to make one for yourself.  Below I'm posting a few slides about ease more specifically NEGATIVE EASE which is necessary for the construction of this skirt.  Please take the time to read the slides so that you can determine the best way to handle this when drafting your pattern.  So that's it for me loves I have a ton of things to do so I'm off!
